Veg Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- Butter
- 2 boiled potatoes, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Green chutney
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Spread butter on each slice of bread.
- Apply a layer of green chutney on one side of each bread slice.
- Place slices of potato, cucumber, and tomato over the chutney layer.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover with another slice of bread and press gently.
- Cut into halves and serve with ketchup or additional chutney.
