Poha Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flattened rice (Poha)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves
- 1 lemon
Instructions:
- Rinse the poha in water and drain it completely. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let them pop.
- Add chopped onions, green chilies, and sauté until golden brown.
- Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
- Add the poha and stir gently. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and squeeze lemon juice.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
