Paneer Butter Masala Recipe
Ingredients:
- 250g paneer (cubed)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat butter in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste, and sauté.
- Add tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour in fresh cream and stir.
- Add paneer cubes and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
