  1. Heat butter in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste, and sauté.
  2. Add tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour in fresh cream and stir.
  5. Add paneer cubes and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
