Chicken Afghani Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken (cut into pieces)
- 1/2 cup hung curd
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
- Marinate chicken with curd, cream, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, black pepper, lemon juice, and salt for 2-3 hours.
- Heat butter in a pan and grill the marinated chicken until cooked.
- Turn occasionally for even cooking and a smoky flavor.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
