Butter Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken (boneless, cut into pieces)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
- Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric, and chili powder for 30 minutes.
- Heat butter in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste, and sauté.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until golden.
- Pour in tomato puree, cook for 10 minutes.
- Add cream, garam masala, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
